We knew that we loved each other right away.
Jesse and I met on Latin Singles Connection on March 3rd when Jesse sent me a message telling me he wanted a permanent relationship as I do also. We communicated on the site for about a week and then started talking on the phone. We continued talking on the phone every night for about six months and then started making plans to meet three months later for a total of nine months. Jesse lives in Orangevale, CA and I live in Janesville, WI. Our plans continued and basically we fell in love on the phone. Jesse spent this past Thanksgiving with me and on November 23rd we became engaged. The 26th of November was my Birthday and he gave me a laptop computer. We had a wonderful week together and when we first met at the bus station when he flew in from CA, we knew that we loved each other right away. Jesse is coming to see me over Christmas and New Year's for a nice long visit. Once he retires from working as a part-time teacher in May or June of 2009, he will move to Janesville, WI and we will be together permanently. We haven't set a wedding date yet until he arrives here permanently and we get all settled in together. We are talking about getting married in Las Vegas, NV.

We decided to give it a try without expectations
Almost going on three years now, I met this wonderful young lady on your website. Not knowing where this adventure would lead us since we were in two different states we decided to give it a try without any expectations. We connected from the very beginning, having many similarities and similar backgrounds. Our phone conversations lasted for hours, figuring to get to know one another through conversation before actually meeting face to face.
After a couple of months of sleepless nights due to our lengthily conversation….lol, we decided to meet. NYC was to be the meeting place, since I work in NYC but commute from PA where I reside and she has never been to NYC we thought it would be perfect. “Labor Day” weekend was the meeting, a little hesitant on meeting she decided to bring a friend with her. This is the funny part…lol If I was not the person I said I was or shorter than my described height which we all know happens on these dating websites, she was going to pass me to her friend….lol
But luckily for the both of us that was not the case..lol We both were exactly what our profiles described, she was even more beautiful in person. I am not one to believe in phrases but it was really love at first sight. It was like we had known each other for many years. We walked through central park, talked about everything had a nice dinner. From that day forward we decided to put 110% into this long awaited beautiful relationship we both were looking for.
I did more of the traveling back and forward from PA to IL, since it would have been a little more difficult for her since she has two daughters. But almost three years later, a small fortune and unclaimed frequent flier miles….lol We were wed, the blessed event took place in Chicago on Sunday July 29th, 2007.
P.S. Even though I am not her daughters’ biological father, I love them like my own…..
We both would like to thank Latin Singles for making our lives completed…..

He is the man I have waited for my entire life...
I came on to find someone and I knew what I was looking for. I did find a few that were nice, but I was not really interested. Then I met the one who was known on the site as meltonis. He is from Texas and I was peaches3555 and I am from Michigan, which is quite a distance from one another. I met him in May of 2007 and we talked on here until his subscription ran out. Then he gave me his personal email address and we started talking more online and then we called each other on the phone and talked for quite a while. I found out talking to him that we have a lot in common. Our birthdays are both in March, he has 1 son and I have 1 daughter, and he has 2 grandchildren and I have 2 grandchildren. He is allergic to penicillin and so am I. He got his reaction to it in the hospital in England and I got my reaction to it in the hospital in Michigan, so we have quite a bit in common with each other. While conversing with him online, he asked me when I would be coming to Texas for a visit, as I have some family there. So I set up the month and when we would meet each other. I told him that if I didn't trust him, I would not be meeting him alone, but there was just something about him when I was talking online to him and on the phone that I had complete trust in him. I have been to Texas 3 times so far to see him and I am going back in November of this year for Thanksgiving and will be making another trip in February of next year. In June of 2009, I will be moving to Texas to be with him. So I have met my soul mate and I knew that when I met him in person that we were soul mates and meant to be together and that is what we are going to do. He is the man I have waited for my entire life and he treats me as his equal and with love and respect. I found him on the Latin Singles Connection, so I just want to say Thank-you so much Latin Singles Connection. For without you, I would not have met him. We are both going to be very happy.

After only a few days as a member of Latin Singles, I got a smile from a beautiful lady who lives in Georgia, USA. I live in Iceland and we both new that this could be difficult, but where there is a will, there is a way. We started to send each other emails and found out that we had a lot in common. To make a long story short, I hopped on a plane, we fell in love, and are now
