The right man for me
I met someone from Colorado and after chatting online for a couple months we decided to meet. It was like magic, like two best friends that hadn't seen each other for some time. He has plans to come see me next and we'll decide then where we will make our new home. But one thing is certain it will be together. I'm grateful for these online dating services. We had an amazing first date

I had been on the site for a while and met some interesting people but not
someone I saw myself in a relationship with. He had just decided to try the
online dating scene and had been on only a few weeks. He sent a smile which I
did not respond to right away... About 2 or 3 weeks later I decided to look
at his profile again and noticed we had a lot in common and decided to return
the smile and he happened to be online. We sent each other a few smiles
back and forth that nite and I instant messaged him. We connected and he gave
me his number and I called him. We ended up being on the phone for about 5
hours that nite. The was the case the following few nites until we met for
dinner. We had an amazing first date and had many more after that! We are now
in a serious relationship and our children have met. Recently we realized
that we probably would not have met had it not been thru LSC. He lives in
Brooklyn- which I hated! LOL I live in upper Manhattan which he never visited.
He's shy and probably would not have approached me (I'm very outgoing) even
if he met me at a bar. But yet we are soulmates and we are delighted to be
together!

Looking forward to the future
I met a special lady on your website! I am vmgrflying and she is almaqemeca. We have talked for the last two weeks. Right now she and her daughter are in Boston for a beautiful family reunion. I found a hotel and am paying for them. You see, it was that simple. She is coming to Ohio the 19th of August and together we have planned an exciting weekend. We shared much about ourselves and look forward to the best future together.

I was wrong
I write this message to let you know that when I started in Latin Singles I really did not believe I could meet the right person here. Well, I was wrong. I met Abraham two months ago. He is wonderful. We are planning on sharing our lives together with our children.
I asked God to help me find someone who would really care for me and my children. And I was presented with Latin Singles. "God works in mysterious ways".
I have also made a lot of great friends here. I believe there are a lot of good people who really care for each other. There are those who use this site for the wrong reasons, to vent off anger. But those are few, compared to the ones who really enjoy chatting and making friends and having fun.
Again, thank you for helping me in my quest for happiness.

Thanks for the e-mail requesting info about finding my match. Yes, I did find my match on your site. I will give you as much info as
possible at this point. We e-mailed each other a few times through Mingle Mail from mid April to the begining of May 2003. In one of the e-mails, he gave me his phone number and said I could call if I wanted to. I did call him the next day and we talked for about an hour. He seemed very easy to talk to, so I gave him my number. We also gave each other our personal e-mail addresses. He didn't have a pic of me, so I e-mailed one to him. We talked and e-mailed each other daily for about 10 days when we decided we had to do the next required step: meet each other. We were both very nervous about that and he had a great idea in case
there was not a spark there. He thought it would be a good idea to just meet very briefly, like 10 minutes. We both agreed that was a good idea and he agreed to drive to my neighborhood and meet in a public place. He said he would bring some pics of himself when he was younger, so we would have
something to talk about and focus on. It was a great idea! We met, looked at the pics, checked out my car (we both love cars!) and then we parted
company. He told me that if I sent him an e-mail, he would call me later that night. I just grinned at him and said okay. When I got home, I sent
him a very positive e-mail AND left him a message on his answering machine that he should REALLY check his e-mail. He called me about an hour later and we were both VERY happy that we both felt the same way about each other. That was May 3rd, 2003 and we have seen each other 4 or 5 times since then. We keep finding that we have so many common likes and dislikes and we feel like we have known each other for a long time. We are very comfortable with each other and both feel like we have finally found the person we have been searching for. We don't have a picture together at this point, but probably will eventually. The best advice I can give about meeting someone is to be totally honest. If you lie about yourself, the truth will come out eventually and then all the
time invested will be wasted. I was honest about my life and so was he. We found that works the best. Thanks again for providing a decent site for people looking to meet their special someone!
